Title: Service Delivery Manager (Development Manager)

Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Position Duties:
Primary Duties:
· Maintaining a software development processes and monitoring its implementation.
· Responsible for resource management activities, such as resource allocation, training and professional skills development
· Responsible for personnel management including performance management, career planning, accountability and resource referral for Developers.
· Articulate MBOs and conducting performance reviews for subordinates.
· Determining the vacancies and reporting them in the right time to ensure the right capacity planning.
· Maintaining a reporting system for subordinate activities.
· Contributing in Software Process Improvement activities.
· Contributing in business development and revenue generations activities.
Secondary Duties:
· Training development team to better performance.
· Follow up on team technical readiness.
· Helps subordinates to maximize utilization.
· Performing interviews to select the right candidates based on company standards.
Position Requirements:
Education Required:
· Bsc of Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience: - CMMI and extensive software engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related job.
Skills: - Strong Communication skills
- Microsoft Technology knowledge (Platforms – Development tools)
